If our phone line is busy or you have called outside of work hours you should leave a message on our answering service – we’ll get back to you as soon as we are able.
If calling from overseas remember the time difference – the UK is 12 hours behind New Zealand and US time is approximately 18 hours – so if you call at 6.00 in the evening your time, it will be midday here. The NZ country code is ++64 so dial your overseas toll code (usually ‘00’) followed by 64 3 4790 444.

We are open Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm. Saturday from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. After hours appointments can be made. The shop is usually closed over Christmas, New Year and Easter holidays.
The shop will be CLOSED Otago Anniversary Day 25th March and over the Easter weekend 29 March - 1 April. OPEN as usual Tues 26, Wed 27 & Thurs 28 March, and again after Easter from Tues 2 April.
We’re in the Terrace Houses, 217 Stuart Street. Stuart Street runs directly up from The Octagon – the centre of Dunedin – we are opposite St Pauls Cathedral and less than 50m from the statue of Robbie Burns.
